In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, colour and size may vary. Pricing & Payment

Prices throughout the website are quoted in one of the following currencies: Indian Rupees (INR) and US Dollars (USD). Payment can only be accepted in these currencies. For orders shipped within India, a GST is applicable of 3%.

For International deliveries, additional duties and taxes may be applicable for the ordered items as per your country’s regulations, which will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery. If a product is purchased in India and is being shipped abroad, international shipping charges will be applicable. For International customers other costs like customs, duties, and taxes will be paid by the customer. The dollar price is inclusive of the insurance amount.

If a product is purchased outside India and Ahilya has to ship it within India then shipping charges will be as per the domestic charges mentioned in Shipping & Returns section.

If a product is being purchased and shipped in India we offer a Cash On Delivery option which is limited to Rs. 5000 for Uttar Pradesh and up to 10,000 for rest of the India. We offer shipping anywhere in India which includes free shipping across India on orders above Rs. 999. For orders less than Rs. 999 we have a fixed shipping fee of Rs 150.

All Customized products will need to be fully paid in advance before we commence the process of production. Till the full advance is not paid, we will not commence production.

Sales Tax/VAT

For orders shipped within India, a GST is applicable of 3%. For international orders GST is not applicable. International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in. Payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. The dollar price is inclusive of the insurance amount

Online Payment

All payments on www.ahilyajewels.com are securely processed. We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express via CCAvenue. We will ensure confirmation of ordered item(s), availability and shipping before processing your order transaction. You will be advised by email if we are unable to complete your order. Once payment is done please do not leave/close the page until you see a “Order Confirmation” message.

Credit Card Details

You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on the site will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. Payment gateway, CCAvenue takes care of the security by capturing the credit card details and sending it directly to the bank. They use secure lines and SSL. We as a merchant are not allowed to store any credit card information at our portal. Your payment card will be debited for your order on the day we send you the formal order confirmation.

Your order for purchase constitutes your offer, which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed herein. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer in part or in full. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. Dispatch of all the product(s) ordered, may or may not happen at the same time, in such a scenario that portion of the order which has been dispatched will be deemed to have been accepted by us and the balance would continue to be on offer to us and we reserve the right to accept or reject such balance order.

Delivery Schedule

Orders within India are shipped & delivered within 3-4 working days and abroad are shipped and delivered within 10 - 15 business days (9am-5pm, Monday to Saturday). Delivery time may exceed depending on the locations and availability of the piece.

Obligations

You have to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by Ahilya's registration form.

To maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or not current or if Ahilya has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, and not current or not in accordance with this User Agreement, we have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to the Website.

That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by Ahilya for redelivery shall be claimed from you and you shall pay such cost.

You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. Ahilya reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), Ahilya has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the Services of www.ahilyajewels.com and or other affiliated websites without prior notice whatsoever.

The address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.

Restrictions

Cancellation by Ahilya

There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional information or verification/s before accepting any order. We will inform you if the entire order or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reverted back in your card account.

We will seek authorization on your card for the aggregate amount of the order placed by you, however, we may charge your card (capture) only with the amount corresponding to the actual portion of the order that we are able/willing to fulfil, and any associated shipping charges/taxes and levies etc. Any surplus amount, for which we might have originally sought and received an authorization on your card from your Card Issuer, if not captured by us in the time period stipulated by our Merchant Banker, will not be captured/charged. If however the same is charged to your card/bank account in error, we will refund it as soon as the same is realized by us or brought to our notice, whichever is sooner. Ahilya reserves the right to capture/charge your card to the full or partially authorized amount for the concerned order.

Sizing

Dimensions displayed on the Ahilya website are noted in centimetres. While we try to ensure that all measurements on our website are accurate, errors may occur as each piece is unique. Ring sizing is sometimes a challenge to get perfectly right. A very thick band will feel much tighter than a thin band of the exact same size. When sizing a ring, we make every effort to ensure a perfect fit on the first try. Please choose your ring and bangle size carefully.

Gift Card

Gift card is not a cash card. This card is not redeemable for cash and credit and will expire in 6 months from the date of Issue.

All returns/refunds are subject to exchange and return policy. ahilyajewels.com reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of Gift Card at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card, at its discretion, it deems necessary.
